The Tulsa Race Massacre devastated the Greenwood District—one of the nation’s most prosperous Black communities. Over two days, white mobs destroyed homes, businesses, hospitals, and schools, killing an estimated 100 to 300 residents and leveling what was known as “Black Wall Street.”

This durable tote brings history into daily life with quiet strength. The design features a sepia-toned archival photograph overlaid with a bold “Defend Black Memories” emblem — a visual reminder to honor community stories whenever you step out. The roomy boxed-corner construction holds groceries, books, or protest signs without losing shape.

Reinforced handle stitching and a polyester body make it ready for repeated use, while the soft cotton handles sit comfortably on the shoulder. It moves easily from neighborhood errands to rallies, study sessions, and museum visits, carrying both belongings and conviction.

Each piece comes with a QR code that takes you to a brief bio about the person or erasure event depicted on the garment.
