Processing & Production Time All products in the Defend Black Memories store are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Once your order has been produced and shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days after production, depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
